We all make mistakes, this is partly how the idea for the site came about. Fitting therefore, that this is one of the first post I guess.
Mistakes are important, provided they are dealt with the right way. Failure, rejection and loss can be just as essential as the other side of the scale, the success or winning.
Learn from them, dissect them with brutal and impartial honestly. The depth of the low should be proportional to how much effort is put into the lesson. That's what I want to achieve here. I want people to post their failures, the lessons they learnt and the positivity that came from it. I want there to be an place for other to ask questions, maybe offer their thoughts in the form of comments or simply take away a lesson from it.
But let's not make everything about failure, why can't we learn from other people's success too? Why can't we follow the same path as others and achieve the same result? Of course, every outcome has an almost infinite number of contributing factors, but listening to other people's experiences, other people's perspectives might just be that little bit of help we need.
